  1. All Sales are final. Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, refund or exchange.

  1. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY items.

  1. If any products are damaged please contact customer service within 24 hours we will replace damaged items with proof of manufacturing charges.

  1. When placing orders please double check shipping addresses. We are not responsible for incorrect input of your shipping address. We are not responsible for custom fees. We do not cover extra shipping fees for packages shipped back to our office.

  1. When ordering hair items PLEASE note processing on all hair orders are 2-5 business days. UNLESS it is on hand available for same day pickup/delivery. After processing is complete your order will ship.

  1. We are not responsible for lost packages. Once an order is shipped, you would have to contact shipping providers to claim your lost items.
